After completing a comprehensive brand audit, Sara proposed and created an integrated marketing plan aligned with the agency's overall business goal and objectives. Sara executed this plan within 24 months. Services rendered included content marketing, social media re-branding and management, influencer marketing and promotional campaigns (including social media, local PR and news outlets)
Sara succeeded to help the agency to outperform its targeted competition in digital marketing presence and impact.
Furthermore, Sara was responsible to recruit multiple roles for marketing and real estate assistant roles, onboard and trained them to autonomously perform the job function roles.
